The Waves of Winter

Winter, The season which is filled with the warmth of love, romance, fun, and exploration. This is also one of my favorite seasons as well. This is the season where I can take the pleasure of all the season. In this time greenery furnished by beauty is at its peak. Winter has different phases like snowfall, rain, fog, breezy air and a sunny touch at different places.


Lucknow, The city of Nabab gives you the feeling of all the touches of winters. The morning of Lucknow will show you the beauty of fog and in the noontime you’ll feel the glitter on your face, enhancing your beauty and flourishing your surrounding. The breezy air with rain is a deadly combination which is rare to find but here you can experience.


There are so many places where we can easily sooth our eyes by seeing the sceneries of nature. People used to go in the early morning and the late night to see the beauty of sunset and sundown. There are so many parks and places where peace together with the beauty you can find. Spending time with yourself is not a big issue here. People will give you your own space to find yourself and to be yourself. Even in the winters, you can go for a walk in the early morning.


The waves of winter not only come with pleasure but also with learning, a learning of good health. In winter, the precaution rate is as high as in the other season. You have to be careful with your health all the time. Loads of clothes and the sneezing scene is very common in this season. Taking the pleasure of season with some with some care makes your mind and health perfect and fresh.


Take the advantage of this season, get off from the bed, wear the clothes, explore the beauty, soothe your eyes and blown off in the waves of winter.

Enjoy the power of rain but some precautions are mandatory

In our four seasons, we all eagerly wait for the monsoon known as earth’s most productive season. This year also monsoon has been hit our land and our heart. This is one of the God’s beauties which comes after the summer to give us a heavenly feeling on the earth and a relief from the deadly heatstrokes.

Monsoon, a pleasant and watery weather which ravishes the greenery, cherish the beauty of heart and gives a pleasant peace to all human beings. This is also known as a weather of love, romance and kindness. I Think we all love rain and its power of beauty to spread happiness all over the world.

To celebrate this season we must take care of some important factors which help to protect you completely from uninvited guests like bacterias. By taking care of these small factors you may happily celebrate with your loved ones, not with the doctors.

Some crucial and fundamental protections are…

  • Drink more and more water as you can

In this humid season we avoid drinking water because we don’t feel thirst due to this we suffer from the insufficiency of water. This invites many health-related problems.

  1. Take green tea in the morning
  2. Drink fresh fruit juice or tetra packaging juice stored in dry places
  3. Avoid taking alcohol in this season
  • Do not attract with open-air outsider fast food

When the weather is chilled then it is obvious that you must attract to outsider food but this is an open invitation to many diseases like food poisoning, stomach cramps, infection, fever and many more. So this season, we mustn’t go for open-air food rather than we can go for homemade fresh food(mommy’s food).

  • Protect yourself from mosquito attack

Like us, mosquitos also enjoys the rainy weather but their enjoyment can become a big threat for us. They spread many diseases like Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya, Zika virus and many more. So while going outside we must use mosquito repellent to protect our self from mosquitoes attacks.

  • Wash your hand with anti-bacterial soap

In this wettish season, moister inherent on your hands all the time and gives birth to bacterias. When we grab anything for our mouth then these enter through our hand. So this is important to wash hand every time with anti-bacterial soap.

  • Avoid touching your eyes with wet hands

Hands are the best medium for spreading bacterias inside our body and eyes are most sensitive part of our body and can easily be affected from bacterias and may create some serious infections like conjunctivitis, itching, redness of eyes and many more. So we must take a proper attention while touching eyes from moist hands.

  • After wetting in rain, take a proper shower

Enjoying in rain gives peace of mind and feeling of assuagement but it is mandatory to take shower after that because a lot many bacterial infections occur in humid places. On increasing pollution rates in cities may cause a acid rain that we couldn’t see but their effects are visible on skins.

  • Always carry your umbrella

You can’t predict rain every second or even after prediction you need an instant safety and umbrella is the best option for that.

  • Make yourself completely dry after wetting in rain

Wearing wet cloths may produce many bacteria’s which creates a foul smell from your clothes. So try to make yourself dry as soon as possible.

  1. Use of sundry cloths
  2. Use of anti-bacterial talcum powder
  • Do not wear wet clothes

We never mind if clothes are a little bit wet. This is good on summers but on monsoon time this may create serious health issues like

  1. Skin Rashes
  2. Vaginal yeast infection
  3. Skin yeast infection
  4. Itching
  • Take a proper sunbath

Rain is pleasant but comes with lot many diseases and sunbath is the proper treatment for all these diseases. Sunbath in this season gives a bacterial protection shield for your body.

  • Use silica gel for your clothes

Silica gel has a quality of absorbing moister from the atmosphere. These come into packets and by putting it only on the clothes you can protect them from the nauseating and icky smell.
