A Pill for Body, Mind, and Soul

In the pool of world, we are surrounded by different people with unconventional mind status. Every mind is especial and hones to different atmosphere and circumstances. Some minds are polluted and some are affected, we can’t ignore every mind in our daily life. Dealing with every mind without getting affected is an artwork.


It’s very easy to deal with pollution in the environment by controlling our emission rate but it’s not an easy game to deal with the internal pollution of the people. Every time you have to activate your mind for not getting swayed. It’s not a simple and predefines recipe which will be the same for all people and all the time. To deal with pollutes mind, you need a filter set inside your mind. How strong your filter will be, that much healthy your body and soul will be.


The pill for body, soul, and mind means that you taking help of outer thing to make them healthier like meditation, peace, and detachment. Fighting with the polluted mind isn’t a good way and you even can’t succeed on that because they are strong enough to fight against you. The only thing you can do to yourself is to make protecting seal for your peace.


A pill for anger and aggression is patience, simply leave the place without responding to anger and when required then take action but not in the middle of the fools.


A pill for depression is detachment from the negative people. The more you focus on the success the more you attract positive people and you simply get rid of depression.


A pill for rejection is the compression of your inner core. The more you reveal yourself in front of people, the more people interfere in your matter and then they will judge you and reject you. Simply stay away from them because they don’t deserve you at all.


Your body, soul, and mind is all your, nobody is allowed to intrude into your territory of peace. Take pills to protect your peace from polluted minds. Face them and ignore them. Focus on your aim and the one you care in your life.

Turn your Insult as an Idolization

We all are surrounded by beautiful souls, who radiate different vibrations for different people. Some of them radiate positive power for us and some radiate negative powers. I observed that most of us capture that negative vibrations in our heart easily rather than the positive one. Majority of our time spend in hating them or to think about, how to get over them. Insult is highly negative power which diminishes the real power in you. And the one who radiates got success on doing those tactics on you.

I remember when the first time I experience the power of insult. That wasn’t me who initially feel it’s an insult, this was another person who makes me realize that the words they said are an insult.

I consider insults are those pebbles which were thrown to divert you from your destination.  But as an instant process when someone throws those stones on you then you start reacting on those or try to escape or you throw them back. Which one you choose totally depends on your attitude. But moreover, this is very important how to maintain your inner peace when someone insults you. In this blog, I’ll explain the mindset of those people who insult you and how to respond to them by keeping your mind and heart in peace.

The reason why they insult you:

Insecurity

As I explained that an insult is a powerful tool which is used to attenuate your strength and to make you feel like a weak person. As much as you grow in your career or in your field, nobody will like you and will try to overcome you and when they fail in doing that then they start insulting you for your every move. So that you can’t grow on that speed in which you are growing.

Jealousy

Jealousy in people is common nowadays. Whenever you’ll do anything new or got achievement in your life more than them, they will feel like insulted in their own way and in response they will bounce back that energy to you.

Lack of understanding

In this case when you have your own thoughts and you express in front of them in your words then sometimes lack of understanding makes them feel like insulted and in response, they will use negative words for you in the form of insult so that they can overpower your thoughts.

Playful Teasing

Playful teasing most of the times are in between the friends only. They insult you show their love for you. But sometimes it becomes negative to them because every word has numerous sense. So be careful even when you are insulting to your buddy because you never know in which mood they are.

How to respond insult:

  • Stay calm and react less as much as you can. Because sometimes responding with no words has many words you speak.

 

  • Express, how you exactly feel so that you can easily cut out that person in your life. But be polite in your words so that their responses can’t affect your internal peace anymore.

 

  • Simply ignore, to use this technique for once or twice because you have much important work to do rather than responding them.

 

  • Use humor, because with this you turn their insult with no energy. And without energy their insults are powerless.

 

  • Report insult; if someone insults you in the social media or social atmosphere then you can’t simply ignore or respond. In this case, you have to report that insult.

 

  • Indulge in self-care; In this case, you set your proximity zone where nobody can steal your inner peace. That you exactly want for yourself at the end of the day.
