“In winters everyone wants a radiant, glassy and clear skin but when the cold air blows then it takes off all the nutrition from your skin”.

Rather than going to the medical help, we need understands its root cause because sometimes medicines aren’t enough to ameliorate your skin from inside and outside.  Nowadays Ayurveda is attracting people because their results are tremendous. On the regular usage, you feel physically and mentally healthy.

Now everybody is focused on beautifying the outer surface of the body. Everybody needs crystal clear and smooth polished skin. Not only girls but boys are even more attracted. No doubt, medicines are good and reflect the instant results on your face and body but it’s rich in chemicals. The chemicals have the power of garnishing the skin on an instant basis. They open up the pores of your skin and remove the dirt and the effects of pollution but from the outer surface only.  Internally those chemicals are weakening the immunity of the body.

The pharmacists are more focused on making the herb-based medicines for the body. They show their effects not instantly but kill the root cause of that problem.

Once I went to the doctor to consult my facial problems. While I was waiting for my number, I talked to many patients about their problems. Majority of them are having treatment for their facial problems which they suffering from a long time ago. Yes, they feel the instant effects but after certain of time, they face the same problem. They are treated for the cause but not for the root cause. So rather than believing in short-term treatment, we should go for healthy long-term treatment. I find out some homemade solutions to get rid of your problems and to maintain your skin healthy.

For toning

Use cucumber and lemon every time when you come back to your home after work. You can use tomato juice with honey, potato juice with lemon and rice water as well. Simply make the solution and store it in the refrigerator but remember fresh solution is much good.

For cleansing

Coconut oil is best for cleansing. Apply it directly onto your face with soft warm-handed massage and leave it overnight. When you woke up, rinse with the lukewarm water. If you have normal skin type then you can mix two spoons of honey with half spoon of lemon juice or tomato juice in case you feel some irritation because of lemon juice and gently massage onto your face and leave it for 15-20 min and then clean it properly with normal water.

For scrubbing

For making all type skin scrubbers, take two spoons of Aloe Vera gel with one spoon of rice water and lemon juice. Mix it properly and gently massage onto your face. You can increase or decrease the quantity of Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice according to the acceptance of your face. In winter there is nothing better than this type of scrub.

 For moisturizing

In winters your body highly needs vitamin E and vitamin C in a proper quantity. For this make a mixture of Aloe Vera gel with raw milk and almond oil. Massage with it with gentle warm hand twice or thrice on a day.

Beyond all these remedies, you must adopt those option which assists to give you naturally healthy and baby skin. When your mind and your food consumption is healthy then only you can feel the beauty inside of you and explore the beauty outside of you. If you follow even five points mentioned below then you can have a flawless beauty forever.
