Quality days or reality days… It’s a matter of ‘THESE DAYS’. When the world is facing a pandemic situation, we all together are fighting against this being as warriors. In this wartime, we need not to in the battleground instead we need to be underground to win the war. For saving yourself, your family, your country, and your world, you just need to quarantine yourself for a certain time period. In this lock-down period, some of having bloom memories, and some have to face gleam reality. In this article, I tried to draw your attention in two different perceptions to make you guys calm not to qualm. I hope this will rejuvenate your memories.  

Need Vs Greed

There is a thin line between need and greed. We need for what we greed and we greed for what we need. But I guess, now everyone knows how to deal with need and greed on a single palm. But the beautiful thing that happens in this period is that we are expanding our needs toward the needful.

Different Experience for Different Class

According to my belief, there is no class or category in between people. We actually divide them for our understanding, called superiority. This time every single creature on the earth is suffering a lot in different ways. Some are fighting for their lives on the hospital bed and some for essential things for living long on their home at bed. First time in the era, every country is helping another country during world wartime or corona time.

Work From Home

Since we are at home for so long time, Work from home is being promoted across the world to balance the economic crises. We actually are working from and for our homes together. Some are enjoying and some are dying to go out but trust me you can never have such kind of experience ever in your life for such a long time. But this also has some controversial conversation when we talk about students. So I leave my thought here by saying that…. Is work from home can be our future?

Country Making Chefs

Being chef do you really need experience or expertise…? I will say a big NO to it. Chef’s sprite grows like a plant; the more you put water (loving demand) on that the more it will rise. According to the survey, people are watching food channels more than news channels these days. Things are all same before the lock-down like the mother is cooking food for us and sometimes we help them but now we have time to praise that food. Now our plate is also empty not just because the food is awesome but also we know the worth of it. But this time every home giving birth to a chef giving and taking challenges worldwide. Now we cook food not just to eat but also to reveal.

#Trending… Yes, this is a kind of world war on cooking food, name ‘hashtag trending’. More than news, people are trending food. But the interesting part is that people are sharing and making that food which we left somewhere in the core grandmother’s heart.

Coming Back on the Lap of Nature from the Lap of Social Media Culture

Sunrises in the east and sets on the west, even a kid knows. But do you and your kids really experience it at every single morning? Tell me what else is pleasuring over to see the sunrise and sunset through your eyes but not in the Instagram stories. Going on the roof in the morning and to feel the aroma of air during that time is really reviving. Those are not just a time zone that happens daily but have deep spiritual and medical benefits. Along with this people are doing plantation and taking care of old plants. Our ancestors consider the plants as their own children. They eagerly wait for a single flower and celebrate like they have a newborn baby in their house like now we are doing these days. World is also revealing amazing natural thing seems like a Nature Show form Mr. Nature. All things were present in their own place only but the layer of pollution not on the atmosphere but on the people’s hearts and minds was hiding everything. So what should I consider that now our mind and heart are clear…? Or is the earth rebooting to show their beauty…?  

Going Back to Grandmother’s Era

We can easily relate this era with listening stories from the grandmother and the gabru (Young sprit) tasks of grandfather. Hardly, I remember any story form and about our grandparents apart from the stories which are written in the history book. Yes, that too I memorize to secure good marks on that subject but what I realized these days that you can only read that story from book but the actual narration is only done by our parents and the grandparents only. And in the middle of that their love story as well. From the birth of the earth to its death they have all mythological as well as historical stories. DADI (grandmother) knows everything that saying is absolutely right and DADU (grandfather) can make anything right that also true. Actually their gabru efforts can make everything right. 

Reviving Game which is only on the book of memories of ours granny’s

Barely, I can reminisce, when I last time played with my parents with their conation and without any constrictions. Generally, we people called us an advanced generation, prefer only online games or the games which look classy to play. But what actually class is, we never realized. I apprehended how beautifully our granny’s spend their time with their classy games. They used to play not by the mind but by heart. But moreover, first time I saw my grandparents grinning and reflecting a naïve expression.

Self-Improvisation

I want to relate this with a fisherman anatomy, during high tides when fishermen can’t go in the sea so in the meantime they repair their net to seize more fish. If it’s a high tide time for us so better on regretting and grieving we can detoxify our whole inner and outer system. To adopt this there are so many ways according to your interest like involving yourself in your hobbies, by doing what you dreamed of doing, polishing skills, helping others, doing activities which keeps your core and body healthy and many more. So answer yourself… Are you repairing yourself in this lock-down?

The winter season is going on and everyone wants to enjoy snowfall that means too much cold we are expecting from nature. But what that thing which makes us warm rather than woollen clothes. Caring of the body internally and as well as externally is too much important. We can wear too many clothes to protect yourself from the outer atmosphere but what about the inner warmth.

In this blog, I’m going to discuss the types of eggs in the market. About 60-70% population of India consume egg. There is so many advantages of having the egg but having egg is much important than choosing an egg. Due to the increasing demand for egg, the vendors are selling coloured egg in the market.


There are two types of egg in the market, the white egg and the brown egg. People have a myth that brown egg is much healthier than the white egg so they demand little more. Especially gym people attracts brown egg more because they literally think that they give much protein than the white egg. Is it really true? The fact is that there is not a huge difference between the nutrition of the white egg and the brown egg. Actually, both the cousin’s chicks differ from their health. The brown one eats a lot to produce egg compared to white one. This increase the cost of producing the egg. That makes the brown egg much costlier than the white egg.
Still, we are spending so much money on brown egg even if we know that there is not a huge difference in between them.

In the market, vendors are selling coloured egg. They just simply take the white egg and coloured them with the artificial colour. That makes them exactly look like the brown egg and sold them with the costlier rate. Just by seeing the outer shell of the egg it is hard to differentiate between the brown egg and the white egg. To differentiate this we need to see the yoke of the egg. The brown egg has little darker yoke than the white egg.


Apart from this, eggs are known as a good and natural source of protein and make our body warm and healthy. Protein helps in making shells FOR our body. Nowadays people are consuming an artificial source of protein which shows immediate effects but not good for long term for our body. So eat two or three eggs daily and add it to your routine wther it is white or brown.

now i come to possible hack of EVM which is totally OFF the GRID ( network )  as our Government officials tells us ( but never let the independent security experts to examine it ) . but we all, due to our limited knowledge about the technology & related terminology ( like HACK .. ) , get easily fooled by the our government & administration ( who never have a wish to serve the public rather then exploit the public ) . so technically, it is totally possible to hack the EVM / any off the grid ( network less equipment ) without even touching it .  & some experts were doing it from many decades ( from 20-30 years back ) & one latest example is this ( to hack the landline phone & printer without even touching it )  , which is done with a beautiful malware ( funtenna ) . with this malware they can re-program the device as per their need  ( to hear something or to do some specific task which includes data manipulations ) , without even touching those device . And there are a lot of more off the grid hacks technique, with which anyone can hack to any micro-controller / memory .

– but as most of us thinks that if there is no network .. there is no hack ..

The Waves of Winter

Winter, The season which is filled with the warmth of love, romance, fun, and exploration. This is also one of my favorite seasons as well. This is the season where I can take the pleasure of all the season. In this time greenery furnished by beauty is at its peak. Winter has different phases like snowfall, rain, fog, breezy air and a sunny touch at different places.


Lucknow, The city of Nabab gives you the feeling of all the touches of winters. The morning of Lucknow will show you the beauty of fog and in the noontime you’ll feel the glitter on your face, enhancing your beauty and flourishing your surrounding. The breezy air with rain is a deadly combination which is rare to find but here you can experience.


There are so many places where we can easily sooth our eyes by seeing the sceneries of nature. People used to go in the early morning and the late night to see the beauty of sunset and sundown. There are so many parks and places where peace together with the beauty you can find. Spending time with yourself is not a big issue here. People will give you your own space to find yourself and to be yourself. Even in the winters, you can go for a walk in the early morning.


The waves of winter not only come with pleasure but also with learning, a learning of good health. In winter, the precaution rate is as high as in the other season. You have to be careful with your health all the time. Loads of clothes and the sneezing scene is very common in this season. Taking the pleasure of season with some with some care makes your mind and health perfect and fresh.


Take the advantage of this season, get off from the bed, wear the clothes, explore the beauty, soothe your eyes and blown off in the waves of winter.

A Pill for Body, Mind, and Soul

In the pool of world, we are surrounded by different people with unconventional mind status. Every mind is especial and hones to different atmosphere and circumstances. Some minds are polluted and some are affected, we can’t ignore every mind in our daily life. Dealing with every mind without getting affected is an artwork.

A pill for anger and aggression is patience, simply leave the place without responding to anger and when required then take action but not in the middle of the fools.


A pill for depression is detachment from the negative people. The more you focus on the success the more you attract positive people and you simply get rid of depression.


A pill for rejection is the compression of your inner core. The more you reveal yourself in front of people, the more people interfere in your matter and then they will judge you and reject you. Simply stay away from them because they don’t deserve you at all.


Your body, soul, and mind is all your, nobody is allowed to intrude into your territory of peace. Take pills to protect your peace from polluted minds. Face them and ignore them. Focus on your aim and the one you care in your life.

An Unanswered Questions for Lucknow Metro

The developing rate of Lucknow is increasing day by day. If I compare last 10-year development then beyond rush nothing has increased. The parties come and go for the shake of development and somehow they tried in a good sense but they fail to achieve the promise they did during the election. Everybody knows that election 2019 is cooming and each and every party is trying to attract poor people in the name of development.

en years ago, people of Lucknow saw a dream of visiting in the metro. But till now the runway hasn’t completed in the whole city. Due to this, the face of Lucknow has been changed a lot. Everywhere, you can see traffic and pollution. During this time period, the smog fog also has been increased which was very low before the introduction of Lucknow metro.


On a successful note, the runway has started from Charbag metro station to Transport Nagar metro station. Metro was introduced to reduce the traffic, time of the journey and the better traveling experience. But the scene of traffic on every route is still the same. The rush and traffic are getting worse day by day. Most of the time the coaches of the train is going empty.


The government of Uttar Pradesh is making a tremendous effort to make the stations clean and beautiful. All the facilities are available in the station with hi-tech technology. From the ticket counter to take the metro, all are simple and easy to access. Even a layman can understand.


Totally eight stations have been developed for our convenient traveling route. That could be considered in a good manner but the rate of rising of development is very low. Just think that eight station in 10 year means that to make one complete furnished station, it takes one year and three months. Regarding this situation, I’ve some unanswered questions to be asked.


Is that rate is good to make any country developed?


Who is responsible for this slow rate of development in Lucknow?


What action should the government take to increase the rate of rising of development?


How traffic can be reduced during the construction period of Lucknow metro?


Together with the government, what policies should Lucknow people adopt during the construction period of the metro?

Life is all about expressing your thought and feelings. There are some people who have feelings but there are no one who can understand their feelings because they have the language of emotions but not the language of words.


While I was wondering along with my friends inside my campus, I saw puppies beside the sewage channel. It was about 8-degrees temperature outside and we were freezing even after having too many clothes on the body. All the puppies are so close to each other to warm up themselves because there is nothing beside their body heat. At that moment, we feel so pity for them because we can see their emotions and can read that pain in their eyes.

The situation has two solutions, either we share our shelter for them or we can inform those people who are authorized for taking care of roadside animals. But we preferred another option we made a beautiful house there only. We also arrange food for them.


After some days we met a different situation because of our different schedule. We have to report to our college every day from the morning to the evening and if there is any plan we fixed then we have to go outside the campus. In this case, we were unable to take care of those puppies so we decided to attract other people so that if no one among us is there for them then there will be someone to take care of them.

 A Shelter of Love 


Slowly, everyone starts arranging food and as well as clothes for them. Seeing that beautiful arrangement by people, lot many puppies of different doggies are started coming. Some people afraid of adopting roadside animals but with this idea, we feel successful for giving them a survival shelter. We all have to understand, taking birth on the roadside isn’t their fault. They also have a heart anđ emotion like other classified animals.

Waiting for your LOVE

If you are not adopting the roadside animals then it’s doesn’t matter but at least we can give them shelter, food, and clothes to save their life. So we should have some soft corner for them who have no corner in our society.

“Stress is a response that your body gives after releasing chemicals into the blood. Itputs the mountain on your body and mind and creates an illusion for yourthoughts”. Stress is dangerous partly because after some time people get usedto it. “The size of stress getenlarges when we keep on saying that he is in stress”. The mind hasthe power of controlling the whole body. It’s kind of process of boiling water,every time when you say stress in your mind the temperature of the body keepson increasing and reach to the destructive level. When you completelyoverheated then everyone afraid to reach to you not because they don’t want tobe with you but they fail to understand your inner vibrations.

When you are in stress, you make mistakes and mistakes become accident and to burn out this you consume alcohol and drugs. If your nature completely adopts stress then that makes you violent and you start doing harassment with your surrounding.

In biological terms, you measure your stress in terms of hormone secretion by the adrenal gland. 70-80% health care expenses are based on stress-related issues. Most diseases, we suffer from is all because of taking too much stress and not taking healthy diet. The more you take stress the more misbalances on hormones in your body. The doctors will give you a pill for your disease but you are the only person who knows how to cure yourself.

Exam’s Temperature

The combination of the winter and the exam is kind of bizarre. As the temperature outside decreases, the temperature inside increases and to manage these two completely different states is an achievement in itself. This season makes us sluggish and inactive. But beyond all this, we have to overcome our weakness and to build strength for the exam fever because ultimately its exam time and it will never come back the same exam again.

In exam time the body needs nutrition especially for making your mind healthy. Usually, people eat a lot and workout very less and that create fat in your body. If you’ll not work for your body then the body will not work out for you. It is very important to heat up your body every time otherwise your body will suffer by so many diseases. Healthy food, proper diet and exercise will make your winter healthy and happy.

There are several ways to make your body fit, healthy and active in exam time. But in less time what we can do more for our body is very much important in exam time. In the blog, I explained some easy and effortless methods to manage the exam fever.

  • Do dance on your favorite songs
  • Use stairs rather than lift or any electrical assistance for going up and down
  • Wear warmer every time

To maintain the temperature of the body it is important to wear proper cloth for your body. You suffer so many problems just because of improper management of temperature inside the body.

  • Consume lukewarm water rather than cold water

Lukewarm water not only keeps your body warm but also maintains your body weight and reduces the stress level which you highly need in the exam time.

  • Eat dry fruits in the early morning

In winters especially we should have almonds, cashew, pistachio, and walnut. If you take this with an empty stomach then their effect enlarges a hundred times.

  • Coffee or black tea

Coffee contains caffeine which activates your mind and enables the brain for producing adrenaline and dopamine more than usual.

  • Herbs drink

Herbs drinks are of many types but in winter we should choose some essential ingredient which keeps our body healthy and disease free. To make this solution, simply take 500 ml water and add 5-10 basil leaves, ginger, black pepper, and sugar. Boil that water until it remains 250 ml. In winters time, take this drink twice in a day.

  • Nutmeg 

Nutmeg keeps your mind healthy and improves your memory. It also helps to fight against anxiety and depression. It has the power of increasing immune system of your body which you additionally need in the winters. Together with all these effects, it helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system which a healthy body needs. It maintains the blood pressure and heart rate so we should make this spice as a part of daily diet.

Rather than going to the medical help, we need understands its root cause because sometimes medicines aren’t enough to ameliorate your skin from inside and outside.  Nowadays Ayurveda is attracting people because their results are tremendous. For toning

Use cucumber and lemon every time when you come back to your home after work. You can use tomato juice with honey, potato juice with lemon and rice water as well. Simply make the solution and store it in the refrigerator but remember fresh solution is much good.

For cleansing

Coconut oil is best for cleansing. Apply it directly onto your face with soft warm-handed massage and leave it overnight. When you woke up, rinse with the lukewarm water. If you have normal skin type then you can mix two spoons of honey with half spoon of lemon juice or tomato juice in case you feel some irritation because of lemon juice and gently massage onto your face and leave it for 15-20 min and then clean it properly with normal water.

For scrubbing

For making all type skin scrubbers, take two spoons of Aloe Vera gel with one spoon of rice water and lemon juice. Mix it properly and gently massage onto your face. You can increase or decrease the quantity of Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice according to the acceptance of your face. In winter there is nothing better than this type of scrub.

 For moisturizing

In winters your body highly needs vitamin E and vitamin C in a proper quantity. For this make a mixture of Aloe Vera gel with raw milk and almond oil. Massage with it with gentle warm hand twice or thrice on a day.

Beyond all these remedies, you must adopt those option which assists to give you naturally healthy and baby skin. When your mind and your food consumption is healthy then only you can feel the beauty inside of you and explore the beauty outside of you. If you follow even five points mentioned below then you can have a flawless beauty forever.
